Our Bed & Breakfast
The name of the Bed & Breakfast is inspired by the nickname of the public water fountains′ spouts that have been providing potable water to the city since 1874. The continuous flow of the fountains is the sound that accompanies walks around Rome and provides fresh water at every stop.
The common area of the facility echoes the shape of the barrel′s spout, a symbol of the spirit of conviviality typical of Roman cellars. Here, guests can relax, exchange a few words or enjoy a coffee or a hot drink, in a welcoming atmosphere blending rustic and modern elements. The rooms and the common area are inspired by Pietro Lombardi′s district fountains, made to pay tribute to the districts of Rome. Each room is enriched with artworks from emerging artists, contributing to making each environment unique and suggestive.

THE APARTMENTS
The Streets of Rome
The apartment is located on the first floor, consisting of 4 bedrooms and a spacious common area with a kitchen, TV and relaxation area. For overnight stays, the apartment offers two triple rooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and one with a dedicated external bathroom, a quadruple room with a dedicated external bathroom, and a double room with an en-suite bathroom.
Nasoni of Rome
Apartment located on the first floor, consisting of five bedrooms and a common area with a kitchen. In particular, the four-bedroom has not only a private bathroom but also a dedicated kitchenette. The apartment, in addition to the four-bedroom, includes three triple rooms and one double. All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom to ensure maximum comfort for guests.
The Apple of Rome
This is an apartment located on the second floor of the building, consisting of a large kitchen/living room with TV for gathering and relaxing, three bedrooms in total: one triple room and one double room, both with ensuite bathrooms, one single room with a French bed and an external bathroom in front of the room, exclusively reserved for that room.

Where we are
The structure is located in the San Giovanni district, one of the most loved areas of the city of Rome, just a few steps from the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano. It is only 200 meters from the "A" subway line, which allows you to quickly reach the main attractions of the city, from the Vatican to the Colosseum, from the Trevi Fountain to the famous Spanish Steps.
The Colosseum and the historic center can be reached in just ten minutes and the proximity to the metro A (reachable in a few minutes by foot) allows guests to move comfortably throughout the city.
Among the places of interest nearby is Piazza Re di Roma where the metro station A Re di Roma and the San Giovanni metro station are located. Rome Ciampino Airport is 11 km away, while Rome Fiumicino Airport is about 30 km away.
